Streamline Energy Solar System Installation Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • This giveaway is open to residents of Victoria, Australia, who own a home or commercial property.
  • The winner must be eligible for STCs, and Streamline Energy will claim the eligible amount on the full installation cost.
  • Employees of Streamline Energy, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. Giveaway Period
  • The giveaway starts on 31st January 2025 at 4:00 PM Melbourne time and ends on 27th February 2025 at 4:00 PM Melbourne time.
  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

 

  1. How to Enter
  • Participants must sign up via the QR code provided on official Streamline Energy giveaway materials.
  • Only one entry per person/property is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

 

  1. Prize
  • The prize consists of AUD 3,500 worth of solar system installation.
  • The winner has the option to install a larger solar system and cover any additional costs beyond the $3,500 prize amount.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Streamline Energy reserves the right to modify the prize if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 28th February 2025 at 1:00 PM Melbourne time, and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) business days.
  • If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, a new winner will be selected.

 

  1. Publicity & Data Usage
  • By entering, participants agree to allow Streamline Energy to use their name and image for promotional purposes.
  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

 

  1. General Conditions
  • Streamline Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
